Non-Refundable Services

Ampcore Electrical Fitting Contracting LLC Software LLC offers SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) subscriptions on a non-refundable basis. Once a subscription is activated and access is granted to the platform, services are considered rendered and non-cancellable. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial months of service usage
  • Cancellations after service activation
  • Unused features or modules within your subscription tier
  • Services terminated due to policy violations

Nature of the Service

Ampcore Electrical Fitting Contracting LLC is a cloud-based software platform providing continuous access to CRM, billing, reporting, and integration tools. You acknowledge that once activated, the service has been delivered and cannot be partially refunded. Subscriptions are priced to provide ongoing access throughout the billing period.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or charged multiple times for a single subscription, contact our billing team immediately at info@ampcoreuae.com with details. We will investigate within 5 business days and issue corrections (not cash refunds, but credits toward future services) if an error is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting info@ampcoreuae.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing cycle. Future billing will cease after the current period ends.

Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a charge or have a billing concern:

  1. Contact our support team at info@ampcoreuae.com with transaction details and reason for dispute
  2. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
  3. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated through your payment provider's chargeback process
  4. Chargebacks without prior notice may result in account suspension
